When booking with HD Holidays your travel arrangements are 100% financially protected.

When booking travel arrangements with any travel company ensure that you are fully protected, and your travel company is fully compliant with the UK Package Travel Regulations for any UK and international travel.

Companies can have different types of protection, including Bonding & Trust Accounts.

How it's protected with Us.

HD Holidays is an Accredited Member of Protected Trust Services, who are also FCA registered.

All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account, separately to us and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers.

All customers funds are still protected once we pay our suppliers with supplier failure insurance, so if any of our suppliers were to cease trading your money is always protected.

ATOL Protection.

All package holidays that we sell include international flights from the UK are booked through suppliers who are fully ATOL bonded giving you the peace of mind of having full ATOL protection. Land based holidays with no flights or that travel that includes rail or ferry do not need to be ATOL protected, please ask our team about your protection when making a booking.

Package Travel Regulations.

The Package Travel Regulations are a set of legal requirements that are in place to protect customers' money in the event of a travel company's insolvency. These regulations were first introduced in 1992 and were last updated on 1st July 2018, to provide even greater protection for customers. To find out more about Package Travel Regulations click here.
